Acceptable use policy

ResalePilot is a general-purpose automation framework. Using it within the limits below keeps your license in good standing.

You agree NOT to use ResalePilot to:

• Process, list, or resell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods.
• Target or operate on third-party accounts without their owner's explicit authorisation.
• Collect, store, or process the personal data of third parties in violation of applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Engage in deceptive pricing practices, fake reviews, or artificial-scarcity manipulation.
• Evade identity-verification processes on any platform where the platform explicitly requires a verified account.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the ResalePilot software or its source code.
• Reverse-engineer the license-enforcement mechanism or share credentials or license keys with third parties.
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform you choose to connect the software to.

Third-party terms

When you connect ResalePilot to a marketplace, buying agent, or other third-party service, you remain bound by that service's terms of service. ResalePilot does not make representations about compliance with any particular marketplace's policies. Before running the software against a platform for business use, review and accept that platform's terms of service, rate limits, and automation policies.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to revoke a license — without refund for the current billing period — if we receive credible evidence of a violation of this policy or of applicable law. For less serious breaches we contact the licensee and provide a reasonable cure period before any revocation.
